Class Descriptions for September

Hi Dili Yogis and Yoginis,

It is great to be back in Dili. As most of you know I've been away doing a teacher training and I'm coming back with my Vinyasa Yoga certification - exciting. So you will probably notice that the classes will change a bit based on that. As always, please give me your comments and feedback so I can keep on making Yoga in Dili better for all of you!

All classes are still at the Alola Foundation. Classes start at 6:15 so please be on time! It is respectful to your teacher and to your fellow students! Also, as always, please arrive early to let your teacher know if you have any special needs, are recovering from an injury or have any questions. Our class run-down for the coming months is as follows:

Monday - Open Level Yoga class
  • Teacher: Tanya
  • Duration: 1h15 mins (6:15 - 7:30)
  • Level: Open Level
  • Donation: $4

  • Level: Experienced Beginner / Intermediate (some prior practice of Yoga, and good basic fitness will be helpful for this class. Not suitable for people recovering from injuries, medical conditions, or pregnant women without consent from a physician).

Friday - Foundations Flow

Hi! I'm recently arrived in Dili and interested in visiting your yoga classes. However, I don't know my way around very well yet. Can you please give me directions to the Alola Foundation? Thank you!
